Keyboard for Very Fast Typists

Just wondering...Is there such a thing as a keyboard for very fast typists? I'm not bragging, but I am extremely fast, and even when my computer and keyboard is brand new, I type faster than the computer or keyboard can spit it out onto the monitor. Or...is there a way to adjust your keyboard properties to make it type faster? I might type fast, but computer savvy...I am not. Thanks!
