My Keurig that I purchased in October as the TSV quit working after I cleaned the unit.  My 30 days was up from QVC and I had not registered my unit with Keurig.  I had also thrown out the packaging materials and box.  I contacted Keurig just to see if there was a reset button or something else I could do to get it to operate.  They asked me some basic information, sent me instructions through email and immediately processed a replacement unit.  I didn't even need to return the unit to them.  Thought I should let people know about Keurig's great customer service.

That is much better than a recent offer for 50% on a new unit that a friend received when his stopped working.  Maybe it depends on how long you've had it and who you talk to at customer service.

I had the same issue and they made me jump thru hoops then told me my proof of purchase (from QVC) was not acceptable. So I gave up and ordered one from another company. We have had keurigs for years, I think we bought our first one in the late 90's. No more.

Keurig has excellent CS.  They're known for cheerfully replacing faulty units.  They want customers to keep buying those k-cups. That's they make their profit.

My last keurig bought from the q didn't last a year. It was a piece of junk!  I bought  the ninja that you can do 1 cup with the k cups or make a full pot.  It's a great little machine. No more keurigs for me.

@Kachina624 Normally I would agree with that statement but not in this case. I've bought at least a dozen Keurigs over the years, for 3 of my offices, my motorhome, as gifts for friends and family....and they have always stood behind the product. This time they told me that my receipt was not acceptable because they could not open it. It was a JPEG, if you are in customer service and cannot open a JPEG there is an issue, but it is not with me. (I'm in the advertising business.) That's okay, we bought another brand.
