Whenever someone mentions AT&T I want to scream. They are probably the most unhelpful vendor/business I've ever encountered. It took a negative posting on their FB page to get some action on a problem I'd been having with them.
Thinking about switching email providers. You get nothing for the monthly charges, which have recently been raised.

Hi dooBdoo - I think you're referring to my post. I'll be working on something when without any touch or change from me, the screen flies off to the right. I am left with a blank screen. On the lower left there are a couple of symbols in small circles. On the right lower corner there is an arrow in a small circle that returns the screen to where it was when you click it. Sometimes it goes back to the correct spot and sometimes I have to jiggle it around to get it just right so it will take my commands.
At times the screen wants to jump up and down just a bit, too. When this happens you try to click on something - like a post for example. You have to chase the site up and down to click on it. I've called ATT several times and no one can explain this. I've talked with Apple and they don't "get it" either. I wish someone could give me a suggestion that might help. It sure takes away some of the pleasure from using the computer.
