Iswifter help pls

Hi iPad experts. I bought this yesterday and I can play one of my favorite games so thanks for the rec. I have a question though. How do I get into other games like, for example, bejeweled3? Also, do I have to have a google account to play? I tried to set up an account but am having trouble filling in some of the fields for some reason. Any advice is appreciated. LM
