Is there something called wireless TV?

I don't know what it would be called, but is there such a thing where you might hook up something like a router in your home and not need to hook up each TV to a cable? I want to put a TV above a fireplace, but I don't want to have a cable cord running up the wall(even if it's covered). Wondering if there is a wireless TV like wireless internet?
