Is There a Website for FREE Ad Blockers???

Is there a safe website to get FREE Ad Blockers? I don't want to have to pay to block the ads but I need recommendations.

TIA.

I use Ad Blocker Plus, I've had it for a few years without a charge.

Like @JaneMarple, I also use AdBlocker Plus, works great and it's free.

Another vote for Adblocker Plus.  You can also check the Apple Store.  Loads of free ad blockers over there.  A Google search will bring up several thousand hits.

You can also use your browser(s) settings to block ads.  Check its Preferences.

It's actually called adblock plus. Not adblocker plus.

I use the free version of Norton’s Ad Blocker.  It’s worked well for the last few years that I’ve used it.  Be sure to get one that lets you “unblock” the sites you choose, since some websites won’t allow you in if you use an ad block app.

You're right. I stand corrected.

I also use AdBlock Plus.  I only use IE and Chrome for browsers and it works for both.  I've used it for years.  It's easy and doesn't get in the way.

The only thing I hate is going to some websites they won't let you even view the site without turning off your adblocker.  I just won't do that, so I just leave.  But if you do, then you are deluged with ads and other undesirable stuff.      It's not worth it, IMO.

ADblock seemed to slow my pc down quite a bit. I uninstalled it.
