Ipod Touch ???

Here is my dilemma I can get the Ipod Touch 16GB 4th. Generation at Best Buy for 179.99 plus 30.00's off. Their 2 year Extended warranty covers eveything cost 54.99. Target deal is 195.00 I have gift cards 35.00's off. Extended warranty is 17.00's covers all except drops and spills. Which deal would you go for? Please help!!!
