Ipod Touch VS Zune

I am wondering which is easier? I am not a techie or computer guru. I have a computer I work on at work and at home. I don't know how difficult either of these are. I am looking at purchasing one some time and also maybe a IPad someday too. Just wondering how much of a computer expert do you need to be to be able to use these and take advantage of the features they offer. I also am wondering which is better I have heard some things about each of them. Any help would be great.
