I am looking to get a new device for the wife since her's is about dead. I'm torn on replacing it with a tablet but I think she would like the versitility and portability For the most part the only things she uses it for is to see the weather, some posted vids, games on FB, not much more than that.

Will she still be able to play all of the games she usually does on FB since she wo'nt have a mouse to guide her along the screen

Will she like it more than lugging around a Dell 15R, since she will be travelling on a plane cross country.

Are there reasonably good keyboards to use instead of having to rely on using the touchscreen

I don't want to hear from all the rabid fans of the 'all apple or ' all microsoft' bandwagons.. each side has appealing items that make them great. All I want is to surprise her on her upcoming trip that will make things easier, lighter and more enjoyable for any media thing she wants to do ...............Any suggestions? and Thx in advance to all who truly want to provide all, real-life everyday experiences, good and bad - GOM
