Ipad Password Help pls

So ... Got a new ISP provider and changed my apple ID with the new email address. Got it fixed up so that now when I sign into iTunes it shows the new address no problem. Went to Apps Gone Free, found an app to download, tried to download it and up comes my old email address. When I plug in the password, it won't accept the log in data but I can't find a way to change it in this window. Can anyone tell me how to change this ? TIA. LM
