Internet Exployer 11?

Oh my... Can't keep up with all this technology. Got a notice about Internet Employer 10 not that long ago.. Did not down load that... Now they are showing Internet Employer 11?

I have tried to find out from Microsoft questions and answers.. No one has answered me on this...

Have had so many problems with my computer. Afraid to download this... However if it is necessary I will do it..

Please anyone using Internet Employer need advice?
