IPhone 5c Up On QVC

I just saw that QVC has the iPhone 5c 32gb with accessories on QVC.com for $1,119.96 with an unlocked SIM card. This phone is available elsewhere for $199. What am I missing? Is it the unlocked SIM card? Why is this phone more than $900 higher? I keep thinking it an error in the pricing. Any ideas? E274999
