IPad2 vs. Android?

I'd appreciated opinions if you've used both!

I bought the IPad last week, but haven't opened it yet. I'm considering the new Asus Transformer Prime, which has great reviews. The price is the same, so that's not part of the decision. The Asus appeals to me because it would allow me to open and edit doc, xls, and ppt files. I've played with the IPad, but haven't had any hands-on time with an Android, and I don't really know how to compare them.
