I am so frustrated! For some unknown reason, my computer does not like ITunes - every single time I try to upgrade, sync, or do anything that requires ITunes, my computer balks and goes into a tallspin! This has been going on for years, starting with my IPod. I have a Dell. I have had techies, both mine and those at Apple, look at it and they don't know why. Yesterday, once again, I was trying to sync some photos from my camera into my Ipad Mini, and everything went haywire! First, ITunes had to be upgraded. Computer complained, took several tries, finally accomplished, But then, when I connected my IPad, it crashed. Can't do a restore, can't even open it, and now I'd headed to the Apple store which, incidentally, is 50 miles away (100 miles round trip!). I was lucky enough to get a reservation for today. I hope that I will be able to capture everything that was loaded - books, calendar, photos, addresses, etc! It should be backed up on ICloud, but I always wonder. For some unknown reason, I lost calendar about a month ago which required a trip to Apple store to reload. I'm seriously thinking returning to paper!!!! Technology may not be all that dependable!!!
