IPad 7 Question???

I have an iPad 7 that I sold and erased it.  The person I sold it to changed their mind before coming to pick it up.

 

Can I restore it back to the way I had it?  If so, how?

I think only if you backed up the information before you erased it.If you didn't back it up I don't think you can.
