I have a new iPad 2 (since August), and have a question...recently my auto-off stopped working. It used to close itself after 2 minutes (that's what I have the auto-lock set to, still...haven't changed anything), but suddenly last week it stopped going off.
Unless I "hard shutdown" by the button on the side, it doesn't turn off anymore, and battery runs down.
Any suggestions to troubleshoot, or reset? I've looked at all my General Settings and besides Auto-lock cannot see anything to adjust?? I didn't deliberately change anything before this started happening...unless I did something by accident.
I haven't looked to see what instructions came with it yet, or contacted Apple, which I will do next, but often you guys here have great advice, so if anyone can advise me, I'd appreciate it! TIA!
