IPAD vs Nextbook vs Nook WiFi ???

I know zip about all things pertaining to electronics. For Christmas my daughter bought me a NOOK WiFi. My son-in-law made my house "wireless".

I am wondering which one of the thingys mentioned above I should also buy? Or...should I keep the Nook WiFi?

Please give me some input. I respect you ladies (and men's) opinion, as I think you are savy shoppers.
