IPAD Question

I see that QVC has the Ipad for $899...the same one is on the Apple website for $829. I'm thinking perhaps the Q has a few little things thrown in...but why pay shipping plus tax on $899 when you can buy from Apple with no shipping and not tax? Am I missing something?
