I have IE 11 now (Windows 7 recent update). I also use Google Chrome, and I have Comcast high-speed internet service for my laptop.
Yesterday, I attached a Word document (I have Microsoft Word 2007) to a Comcast Xfinity E-mail. I sent the email, and the person I sent the email to, sent an email back that she was unable to open the attachment.
So I sent test emails with Word and Excel attachments to myself, and I also was unable to open the documents. When I click on the attachments, nothing happens (not even an error message).
I was able to attach Word and Excel documents to my emails before, but nothing since the IE 11 update. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how has it been resolved? Thanks.
