I-phone 5 can't stop the memories feature, help!

Today my photos on my phone won't come up, all I get are memories videos and shots! I can't get back to photo album or single photos at all. I don't want to delete the memory shots, I just don't want to see them 24/7 and nothing else.

I admit I am totally not tech and I have an older phone, not sure if it's an i-phone SE or what, but I think it's from   2014, maybe newer, not sure. Anyone have an easy way to go back to being able to view photos, pretty please? Thanks so much.

I have an iPhone 8 that's doing the same thing. If I touch the screen while viewing the "memories", the "library" option appears on the left hand at the bottom of the screen. When I select that I go back to my pictures. I've actually really been enjoying the memories❣️

Thanks so much! I just managed to make it sort of go back to normal, I moved the toggle on one of the settings and just hope that doesn't delete and shots. Why is this stuff always so hard, lol!
