I need to ask you all yet another ? about my chromebook...

I have tried to highlight things to save them or attach them to a document or an e mail but I have not been able to highlight anything. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to highlight and save things on an android device? If so, how is it done? I have successfully highlighted things here on the BB to bold them but not on other sites.

Thanks - i sent a test e mail and attached an article from MSN and it worked perfectly.
