I made the transition to IE 9.

I waited until IE9 was out of the beta stage before making the move, but it's now a nice and solid release. There's a little bit of a learning curve in that the tabs are now way up on top and the Favorites are now on the right, but all in all the transition has been smooth and easy. I haven't had any compatibility issues and the speed seems very good. I just have to retrain myself where the tabs and Favorites are. (It shouldn't take more than a few months to get that done!) If you're running Vista or Windows 7, then you might want to consider giving it a shot. (It won't run on computers running Windows XP.) As always, I recommend checking out the reviews on IE 9 before you commit, but my experience has been good so far.
