Thank you so much for you help. I just had to laugh bc only a few min. after I sent that post, I checked it and it was fully charged! So it only took a little over 2 hrs. Since that time, hubby has come home, we've completed the setup, added our email accounts and are downloading apps and games as we speak! Thanks again!

Does anyone happen to know what app you download in order to look @ your Amazon Prime Video content? In the FAQ on the Le Pan product page, it clearly stated that Amazon Prime WOULD be able to run through this w/the appropriate app. However, I couldn't find an app that would work. I went directly through my Amazon account first and that didn't work. They wanted me to buy the shows/movies in my watchlist! Any help would be appreciated.

I am so sorry to burst your bubble but there is no app to look at Amazon prime video's.

I do not know who stated you could use the e Pan mini and also view your Amazon video's on the tablet, but whoever that was it was incorrect.

Sometimes QVC members try to help, but many times you will read conflicting answers. That is when an internet search is your best bet.

I watch all my Amazon Prime Video's I have purchased to added as free items on my Apple Ipad and my Amazon Kindles, along with other compatible devices.

Check out the compatible devices you can use to view the Amazon video's, and a list will display on Amazon.com.

Again adoreqvc...thank you! In response to your comment, I saw it listed on the product page for the Le Pan(this site). It was one of the items in the FAQ list, which was the tab next to the description. Here's the Q&A pasted below:

A: Yes. Videos streamed through Amazon are supported with a valid Amazon Account. The corresponding app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store for various content streaming sites.

Boo! Well like you, we of course have it on our Kindle Fire, but I thought we'd be able to have on this one too. Oh well...we will live. Our Kindle has a bigger screen anyway..and we didn't get the Le Pan solely off of that hope. We've played w/it off and on all this evening and we're pleased w/it. It'll be good for my hubby to take w/him when he goes on school trips. --- Have a good one and thanks for being so helpful!

Bandwife I will post back to you should there become an app available if someone informs me, who knows what the future of technology holds.

At least we can view the Amazon video's on our other devices, still and all this Le Pan tablet from what I have seen in person seems to be fully equipped with the latest up to date technology, runs smooth and fast, and is so well worth the lower price paid by consumers.

I have included a link below for you to read about adobe flash player 9 which is no longer supported, and in general flash player was always subject to malware attacks...

I know Amazon allows us to view their video's using their own devices which are safeguarded by Amazon, and the same for ipad users, but for other devices like tablets which can still operate using adobe flash player I would not use them anymore to watch any video's, especially since flash player is no longer supported by Adobe, nor does it get updated anymore.

This is essentially incorrect as there are a couple of ways to watch Amazon VOD on the Mini and most other Android tablets. One way is to install Adobe Flash Player and Dolphin or Firefox Browser and access your account through there. Another and slightly more complicated way is to sideload the Amazon services and the VOD app. You do have to din a version that will work on you tablet but all it takes is a little time and patience.
