I did a stupid thing to my Mac keyboard

can anyone help? My hubby told me the keyboard was "dirty" so I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol on a small cotton ball (not much wetness).

well - my keys don't work now -- is there anything I can do to fix this OR is a trip to the apple store my only hope???

Lots of keys don't work anymore....
