For the past 2 days whenever I want to look at any product on QVC I get an error message.

I don't know how a chromebook works, but in Windows 7 I use the Disk Cleanup which clears temp files, thumbnails, etc. In Chrome you can clear history, cookies, preferences, etc. then do a restart. That usually clears out the cobwebs.

I clear the cache on a regular basis so I did it and it has not helped. Oh well.

Be sure you're also deleting cookies, not just cache and website data.
As Rabid1 said, without seeing the specific error message it's very, very hard for us to help.
Please, provide the error message you see when you try to view a product and someone here might have a solution.

Google Chrome does that to me too. I will use Safari to get onto QVC when that happens.
