I can sign in with Safari but not with Firefox

when I'm signing in to Shopnbc using Firefox, it keeps taking me back to the sign in page and won't allow me to go any further. if I close Firefox and go to Shopnbc using Safari, I have no problem signing in. this doesn't happen at any other website. I prefer Firefox. how do I fix this?
