I can no longer place QVC orders with iPad

I've had my iPad for over a year. I am no longer able to use it to place orders on QVC, either through its regular website or its app. I am angry and frustrated because I don't have this problem with other websites. Apparently, by fiddling with its website recently, the powers-that- be have really $€rewed things up. I reported it but wonder if it will ever be fixed.
