I Also Need Computer Help - This seems to be the night for it, lol.

I walked away from my computer for a few hours. Came back. First situation: I tried to "Quote" a response on a thread. The other poster's post showed up as partial gobbledygook (with "quote" marks and other symbols). Second situation: I tried to just post a Reply and the reply box was very small and didn't have the toolbar with the emoticons. I'm using Firefox because IE doesn't allow me to post at all on QVC for some reason. What the heck happened? Smiley Sad( TIA!
