How to transfer favorites in Edge

I got a new computer and I am trying to transfer my favorites to it from the old computer. I want to transfer from Edge to Edge. I thought that my favorites would sync onto the new computer but, they didn't. Any ideas?

I've always done it manually.  I save my bookmarks or favorites to a thumb drive, open the browser of my choice and import the favorites/bookmarks to the new computer.
