Been on the phone with Verizon for two days, many hours.  Still getting the malware. 

I will try downloading malwarebytes.  Didn't know one could do that with a phone. 

Verizon is going to call me back at 3 PM.  They are excellent, very nice people who are trying hard to solve this issue.

I downloaded the free version of Malwarebytes by just going to Google and there was an app for downloading to phones.  It downloaded successfully.  I went through the process of running the program and it came up with detecting no malware.  It was the free version, so I may download the newest version in a month or sooner if I have further issues.

I just go to QVC and log in and I have the forums and the Blogs and I have a LGk10 phone.

@LilacTree, you don't need to download an app. Simply go to the QVC forum page on your phone, open the menu (3 vertical dots at top right of screen), scrool down and click on "add to home page." The QVC icon will appear on one of your home pages, then you can simply access the forums from there. ☺

I have the forums bookmarked on my browser and just click on that to get here. I only had to go to QVC one time to access the forums. No need since the first time. Very quick and easy.
