How to adjust speed of wireless mouse?

I need some help. My late DH did all this and now my BIL takes care of all my tech stuff, bless his heart.

He did some downloads and updates for me last night and all is fine. But today the speed on my mouse is way too high. It scrolls up/down super fast which is different from what it was.

BIL (who is a computer guru) showed me once where the "place" is to adjust the speed but for the life of me I can't find it. I know he'd be glad to come and fix it but I hate to bother him cuz I'm thinking I can do it, if I can just FIND the place to reset it!
