I have last year's TSV notebook and the screen is all pixelated. All I get is India and I can't get them to help. QVC says 'return for full refund', but that is not the point. I need a computer. Mine has the "if we can't fix it over the phone, we'll send someone to you in 24 hours" clause. Yea right!!!
