I have an older Tracfone.   Their website is impossible.   I just call 800.867.7183 and it's a breeze to refill.

I set up accounts for my DH and myself years ago.  It keeps track of every phone we've ever had and which one is our current phone.

 

I only ever refill my "buckets" online and I've never had a problem navigating their website.  I also find their tutorials for each phone very helpful.

 

When we upgrade, we also do that online and haven't had any problems in years.  We do make a note of our existing minutes and days of service before any transfer, however, just in case.
