How To Make A Link Clickable

Okay I will admit right off I'm not very tech savvy. With that said I received an email from Kaspersky that wants me to register my account, I just renewed my anti-virus protection. They give you a link but it is not clickable and will not take you to the website. I tried copying and pasting but when I get the detailed link it is not recognized. What am I doing wrong? I can't just go to the website because the link is very detailed and not just a general link. I hope I've explained this well. Any help would be appreciated.
