How Do I Upload a Photo in QVC? (for a product review response)

Can I take my photo right off my pc? Or do I have to have my photo in a place like photobucket to upload in here? I can't figure out how to do this. TIA.

(if my photo is in photobucket, what link there do I use to have the photo appear)
