How Can I Send Webpages to Email or Send as a Link in Email?

Hello, I have 8.1 and both Explorer 11 and Google Chrome browsers on my HP PAVILLION LAPTOP, three months old. When I try to send a webpage as the whole page or as a link to my ATT Yahoo email, the dropdown menu will allow me to send the page as a shortcut to the desktop, but not as email or link. A message pops up about setting up OUTLOOK. I don't have Outlook and don't want to get it. I can send pages to free ONENOTE, but cant send emails from this version of ON. 2007 full paid version of ON used to let me do this. I do plan on purchasing OFFICE 2013, but this will not have OUTLOOK, but will have ON. Does anyone know how to do this, hopefully, without cutting and pasting? Is there a program that does this? How can I save webpages in a file?

I believe you need an email client/program to send a link from your browser. It works for me with Firefox and Thunderbird. Your Yahoo email is only web based, it's not a program.

Not sure what you're asking about saving webpages in a file.

Update: I use send email with Microsoft Instant Messenger. I have no idea why this would work with email, but that is how Microsoft has it set up witb8.1 and Explorer 11. I still have my default email as Yahoo Mail through AT & T, and this must be working with Microsoft's set up.

Copy and paste the address into the e-mail your sending.
