Highly upset first and last customer!!

So the PS5hot digital shelves November 12th 2020 I’m a mother of 4 and a hard working mom at that, I’ve literally tried everyday since November to get this console. Unfortunately each time the system was sold out within seconds, I began to give up and say hey they just won’t get it. My boys have worked so hard each day in hopes they would see the great PS5 and so the day it became Available on QVC I said I’m getting it, although the price was double the amount I said to myself I can swing this, the payments are low and it’s a bundle deal so what the hey. I successfully placed the item in the cart and made my first easy payment. Simple. I received a tracking number and a date, I was so excited. Then the great winter storm hit Texas literally halting all movement, I understood that it was impossible to deliver that week so I called customer service and they refunded me $4.30 for the $23 I had spent on express shipping. Cool, so the days go by the storm passes everything I ordered from Amazon arrived on Sunday and more thing came on Monday and so I knew Tuesday would be my day, unfortunately not. It seems QVC sold more units than they had available when I called they said we can’t send a replacement we are out of stock!!! I’m so confused on how a company can be out of stock for a item that was sold to me! Then they keep saying well we can refund you......NO!!! I want the item I paid to have because it was clearly in stock when I ordered it!! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and if it was in stock anywhere else in the US I would definitely go elsewhere but it’s not this is by far the closest I’ve been to having this game console and I feel like QVC isn’t trying to resolve the issue at all. They tell me call back in a week, we don’t have access to what’s in the warehouse, maybe UPS lost it!!! UPS only received a shipping label which is automatically sent over once an order has been made and paid for! Then one guy tells me we haven’t debited your account yet??? Yes QVC Did!!! I’m just so frustrated with this whole situation and what can I do? Nothing get a refund and start the process all over again in a month when they be online again for only 2 seconds?????? Signed a highly frustrated customer and mom who is just looking for some help

Sorry you had a bad experience, but maybe you can post an abbreviated version in the Customer Care section, and will get someone to look into it.  

 

Look to the different topics at your left, go to the bottom, and click on Customer Care.   HTH

@Upsetmama87   I would also suggest an email with all your info to Social.Team@qvc.com.  They are wonderful and have helped me with a number of things in the past.  

I'm not sure they can work miracles, but I understand your frustration and it's certainly worth a try.  Don't put any of your specific order info on this website,  do that privately in an email.  

How this can happen has frustrated MANY in the past, but if they can make it right,  their CS is normally excellent.

Unfortunately, if stock is totally unavailable everywhere, there's not much that can be done until stock is made available by the manufacturer. 

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I’m in the same boat. I ordered on the 15th and I still haven’t received my order. They tried to give me a refund but I didn’t want one and they did anyway and said my package was lost. Then I called back they tell me the shipment was picked up on the 24th I will receive it soon. Which I confirmed with UPS they did pick up. I call today. I’m told by Michelle because they refunded my money I will never receive my package. I NEVER wanted to put the refund in place. Then she puts this lady Debbie on the phone to confirm I won’t get anything. Debbie then hangs up on me unprofessionally and I call back and talk to a Sara. She told me that they left something out the box and ups had to bring it back and it will be shipped today. Why couldn’t they just tell me that? I would like to know what’s going on.
