Help with iMac homepage

I have an iMac, version 12.0.2.  For some reason, the option to make a certain page my home page isn't working.  The field for my home page is grayed out so I can't enter the one I want.  Any ideas how to make this field fillable again?  Thanks.

Dunno.  Safari>preferences>general should get you there.  Clear everything and restart and try again?
