Help with error message on IE and antivirus on iPad, please

Can someone tell me why lately, and frequently, I get the error message, "Script error" on Internet Explorer and what it means?

Also, if WiFi is provided by your cable company for Kindle and iPad, does the antivirus on your desktop computer automatically cover your Kindle and iPad as well?
