Okay, I'll start off by admitting that I am very technically challenged when it comes to my computer! That said, here's my issue: For some reason, there are certain news websites where I am unable to view videos.It opens up, but the area where the video should show is just black - no audio or video. From what I can gather in my research, I possibly need to upgrade a Flash Player???? I've been to the Adobe website and I researched help on this but the very first thing stated is that one has to know whether their computer is a 32 bit or a 64 bit. I have right clicked on "my computer", I've checked my "systems" info, no where can I find anything telling me which it is. Can someone guide me through this simple step and tell me what I'm missing to not be able to locate something this basic? So many websites offering help make assumptions that the reader is knowledgeable as to the computer geek speak. I am not! Therefore, it's mostly over my head.

Then, it gets worse!!! The instructions go on and on about having to download an UNinstaller for flash player before being able to upgrade. I can't even find where I have a flash player already on my hard drive, but undoubtedly I do because I can view videos via YouTube, for example.

Surely this is something the layperson can accomplish without having to hire someone to perform a simple task of downloading an upgrade.

If any of you experts can stop laughing long enough to respond, I'll be very grateful.
