I inadvertently deleted emails for several days and I don't recall how to retrieve them.  They are not in the TRASH or SPAM folders, I looked. 

Can someone help me as I don't recall how to retrieve them.

If they're no longer in your trash folder then it's likely your email provider has deleted them permanently. If they can be retrieved, it's going to take someone with far more skill than I to tell you how...

Go to all mail to see if it's there.

What email provider do you use?  Hotmail, Gmail, etc.?

If you were using Yahoo Mail, just Google-search for their restore form.

Yes, I am using Yahoo Mail.  I will try your suggestion and go to Google.  Thanks.

@feline groovy  I have been able to go Google and clicked on "Yahoo Restore Form" and asked Yahoo to restore the last seven days of my emails.  (They can only go back seven days).

I'll now wait to get an email from Yahoo to see if they have restored my emails.
