I have purchased 2 Dell computers from QVC over the last 3+ years, the most recent being a Dell 15.6" Notebook Intel Core i3 6GB RAM 1TBHD and Software, purchased on 4/22/12. While using this computer the other day, suddenly my screen went very dim and moving lines going all through it. I Immediately turned it off, thinking that there must be a glitch or interference. I checked my other computer and all was fine, yet every time I turn on the one in question, the situation with the screen remains the same. I know very little about computers, however fear that my screen is shot. I paid over $700 for this computer just over a year ago, what should I do? I wrote to Nate on the QVC/Dell question page, but don't see replies forthcoming for people's questions or concerns there. Please help with advice or suggestions!
