Help Please

Long story shortened. I unistalled a HP program from my dv7 last night. I rarely use it and found it to be a nuisance.

It messed up the whole computer. Nearly everything isn't recognized and I get error notices. I can't do a system restore. I tried using a repair disc and the optical drive isn't working. I tried Windows update and can't. I only have windows defender and malwarebytes for protection now. My Vipre software isn't working. None of my backup discs will work or system image discs.

Some programs are functional as I'm doing this from the same computer. Most system tools aren't working either.

Help, please!
