Help ! Need your Dell Feedback

I'm on the waitlist for the 23" Dell Touchscreen All-In-One recent TSV. I've noticed some negative Dell computer comments and would appreciate feedback on this unit. I'm on disability so money is tight and I don't want to make a mistake. Thanks for your feedback and/or comments.
