Help! Forgot to activate my TracPhone

Called the other channel and they said I'd have to talk to TracPhone. Apparently, I had until Jan 31 to activate it. I bought it at the end of November. Has anyone else ever done that? I've been so busy that I forgot. Any suggestions? I'd sure like to have those triple minutes.
