Heads cut off of my tv screen

I bought an LG 32 inch tv after much researching and I'm not crazy about it but I'll keep it. Does anyone know how I can adjust the screen so that the heads of people aren't cut off and scrolling of information on the bottom of the screen is not cut off as well? Thanks.
