Having Trouble With My iPod Touch

All of a sudden today my iPod is not connecting to the WiFi in my house. My iPad and 2 Kindles are working fine. It keeps searching my WiFi and I enter my password but it's not connecting. Can anyone offer me some help?TIA

Try turning it completely off and then back on.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

How about resetting your router? Unplug everything & reboot.

Re: Having Trouble With My iPod Touch

On the iPod, in wifi settings, click on your network and then click on FORGET network. Turn iPod on and off. When you come back up, locate your network and put your password in to connect.

If that doesn't work, you may need to try and reset the iPod. That will require you to connect it to the computer, and then reset through iTunes online.

I can give you instructions on how to do that, but lets see if the first option I gave works first.

Re: Having Trouble With My iPod Touch

I have TWC as my internet provider. I'm always having to reboot my modem and router. I did that and my iPod is working now. I don't really understand why my other devices were working. I have to call TWC about the problem, it's annoying having to reboot almost everyday. They give you such a hard time wanting to fix it from their end without having someone come out to look at it. I've had it up to HERE with TWC!

Re: Having Trouble With My iPod Touch

I had to reboot my router almost everyday and it was failing. I bought a new one and the problem was solved. FYI for those with Comcast, if you buy new equipment, you must call and have it registered.
