Hi, I bought three of the Halo Quick Charge Power Banks on 11/18/22. Recently two of them the battery has exploded in the unit and forced them open. I could have thought these would last more than 3 1/2 years. I called the company and they said they can do nothing about it. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

That can happen if the power bank has been repeatedly left in a hot car for prolonged periods of time. Another reason that can happen is if the power bank was dropped onto a hard floor or other hard surface where that could cause the internal battery to crack and w/o any obvious external damage seen after dropping it.
