Has anyone checked this out? Is this a good computer and price?

It may be a good price, but I'd check locally - especially as Black Friday approaches.

I just got the HP 15 inch (non touch - didn't want that) with the same capacity and Windows 10  and which had a DVD port (which I wanted to be able to load bridge and other programs that I had) and which included a year free of Microsoft Office and McAfee.  It was $349 at Office Depot on a special they were running.

I had originally wanted to wait until closer to Black Friday, but my 10 year old laptop was really having problems, so I went ahead with this.  Love this laptop!

It has a slow weak processor. (1.6GHz Intel Pentium quad core (N3710) ) it will get bogged down easlily. If you google the processor you can read a lot about it. HSN is known for putting those weak processors in their pc's.

@Julius Seizure, you seem to be knowledgeable.  So my question to you is, which processor(s) would you recommend?

I would never ever order any electronic from any shopping channel network. Older products and equally older software. Buyer beware!
