I would not buy these two tablets. The technology is old. You may want to consider a Kindle HD or HDX. I would rather own one great product than two poor ones. The Kindle will have most apps for many uses, and the tech support is great.

I was tempted but realized what you did, Nutmeg3. I do like my service with Amazon. If I buy something else I will certainly go for Amazon choices.

I have an Asus tablet. $150 at best buy. second best tablet next to the ipad air

My Acer died and I replaced it with the ASUS; will never purchase another Acer.
